We have found Sales Junction to be a very user friendly web based CRM for small businesses. It is easy to customize on your own or affordable to have Sales Junction make changes for you.We use Sales Junction with our clients.
Go to meeting will allow you to make presentations to customers around the world from your desk. They will see what ever you want to discuss on your computer on theirs. You can also look at their computer if they have something to show you. It can also be used a great training or planning tool.
Adobe combines the features of Go to Meeting with video in a web based platform that does not require software downloads or passwords. Screen quality is not quite as clear as Go To Meeting but good enough to conduct business. ConnectNow is a free service that accommodates three connections. If you require more attendees they have two additional service levels for competitive pricing. I shopped around quite a bit and have found it to be a very user friendly and productive service.
At Sales Manager Now we use Packet8 VOIP phone service. If you have remote sales people or want to manager your long distance calls they have very attractive rates that include domestic and international calling. All features are included and you can order virtual numbers if you want to give your best clients a local number to reach you with for a few bucks a month.
