It starts like most new hires, with an interview.   You interview us to see if we are a good fit for your company and we interview you to understand if we believe we can be the Sales Manager you are looking for.  This usually requires at least a couple of meetings if not more to determine your current structure and what our role and responsibilities will be.  A proposal is then drafted with the services necessary to meet sales targets and if all looks good we get started. Most clients find that our fees for a Professional Sales Manager are less than what it would cost to hire a local sales manager.

When we are hired we become your sales manager. We work with you and your management teams as well as the sales people. The process is dynamic and does not slow down sales activity while developing new processes and systems.
